Educational qualification
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or hold an Associate Membership (AMIE) in Civil Engineering from the Institution of Engineers of India.
Language Proficiency: Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia, and must have passed Middle School examination with Odia, matriculation with Odia as a medium/language, or an equivalent test conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
