Educational Qualification
General Manager (Finance)
Candidates must have completed Degree with passing final examination of Chartered Accountant/ Cost & Management Accountant. Minimum 5 to 10 years post qualification experience in manufacturing industry preferably in Dairy Sector/ Food Processing/ Cooperative Sector/ Govt. PSU of 03 years in Managerial position.
General Manager (Marketing)
Candidates must have completed B.Tech (Engg.)/ BE/ B.Tech (Dairy/ Food Technology)/ Degree Business Administration or Post Graduate in relevant field preferably with MBA in Marketing/ PGDRM.
Dy. General Manager (Dairy Operation)
Candidates must have completed Full time B.Tech in Dairy Technology/ Food Technology from any recognized Institue/ University. Full time 2 years MBA/ Production/ Operation Management desirable.
Manager HR
Candidates must have completed Graduate with good academic record. Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relation/ MBA (HR) desirable. Degree in Law/ Labour Law and SAP/ERP exposure added qualification.
Dy. Manager (Cattle Feed Plant)
Candidates must have completed B.Tech/ BE (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation) or Post Graduate in relevant field with MBA in Operations/ Production Management.
Dy. Manager (Quality Control)
Candidates must have completed Graduate/ Post Graduate in Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Microbiology from recognized Institute/ University.
Junior Assistant (Laboratory)
Candidates must have completed Graduate/ Post Graduate in Dairy Technology/ Food Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ BSc/ MSc (Chemistry/Microbiology)/ Biotechnology from any recognized Institue or University.
Junior Assistant (P&I)
Candidates must have completed A Bachelor's degree (+3 Arts/Science/Commerce) or equivalent from a recognized University. Adequate knowledge in Basic Computer Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Data Entry) mandatory. Ability to speak, read and write Odia fluently and passed Odia in H.S.C or equivalent.
