Educational Qualification 

Candidates must have completed the middle school examination with Odia as a language subject OR

He/She must have passed the HSC examination with Odia as the medium of examination in non-language subjects.

He/She must have passed Odia as a language subject in the final examination of Class VII or above from a school or educational institution recognized by the Odisha Government.

He/She must have passed a test in Odia in Middle English school standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department, Govt of Odisha.

Candidates should have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and must have basic computer knowledge, such as proficiency in the use of the Computer, internet, e-mail, word processing, data analysis and presentation.
